Before becoming a therapist and coach, I was a bedside nurse—supporting patients in the ER, navigating the intensity of psychiatric care, and working on the frontlines of public health during the pandemic.
It was a time that tested my strength, both physically and emotionally.
I saw firsthand what burnout really looks like—what it feels like to give your all and still feel like it’s not enough.
That chapter of my life taught me how unsustainable it is to keep pushing through without space to breathe.
I realized I wanted to keep helping people—but in a way that also honoured my own well-being.
So I changed paths, and today, I work as a nurse psychotherapist and coach, supporting others who are carrying a lot and quietly craving something more aligned.
Healthcare workers, caregivers, educators, entrepreneurs, and empaths—especially the ones who are used to holding it all together and feel like something’s missing.
If you’ve spent years helping others and now it’s your turn, we might be a good fit.
You may be navigating a life transition, feeling disconnected, or simply wanting a life that feels more like you.
The good news is: You don’t have to figure it out alone.
You're here now.
