Psychotherapy helps you heal and understand patterns rooted in your past—it's for working through things like trauma, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm. Coaching is more forward-focused, helping you get clear on your goals, take action, and create change when you're feeling stuck but mentally stable. Both are super powerful—just different tools for different needs. I often blend both in my work and clients love it.

Each session begins with a check-in to see how you're feeling and what’s present for you that day. I’ll ask if there’s anything specific you’d like to focus on, and I’ll briefly reference previous sessions to stay aligned with your overall goals and progress. While I hold space for reflection and emotional insight, I also integrate practical tools and may offer suggestions or gentle guidance between sessions to support your growth outside the therapy room.
